Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
Create visual assets such as banners, posters, illustrations, and infographics.
Support branding initiatives and ensure design consistency across all platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Edit photos, retouch images, and prepare final artwork for production.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver design solutions.
Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback from senior designers.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital best practices.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in design tools such as
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
, Canva, or Figma.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Portfolio (academic/personal) showcasing design work.
Preferred (Optional) Skills
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch).
Illustration skills or hand-drawing ability.
Understanding of social media content formats.
