What You'll Do

(Key Responsibilities)

You will be creating stunning visuals and short videos, using both classic design skills and the latest AI technology.

Design Creation:

Design eye-catching images and graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Video Editing:

Edit short videos and motion graphics, ready for quick sharing online.

Design Tools:

Use the industry-standard

Adobe Creative Suite

(like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for your main work.

AI Integration (The Core Focus):

You will actively use exciting AI tools like

ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALLE, and Runway

to: Generate new ideas and creative concepts using excellent

prompt generation

. Create unique, AI-based images and content faster. Enhance our design workflow and ideation process.

Brand Consistency:

Make sure all designs look professional and match Tikshark's brand style.

Communication:

Have

good written and verbal communication

to share your ideas and get feedback easily.

What We Need in You

(Requirements)

Design Skills:

Basic proficiency in the

Adobe Creative Suite

.

Video Editing:

Understanding of video editing tools and principles.

AI Knowledge (BIG PLUS POINT!):

You must have knowledge or a strong interest in using

AI-powered design and content tools

to enhance your creativity.

Creativity:

Strong creative skills, attention to detail, and a huge willingness to learn new things.

Portfolio:

You must share a portfolio (PDF or online link) showing examples of your previous design work.

Internship Details & Growth Path

Location: Work From Home

(Remote)

Salary/Stipend: Incentive/Stipend of ?2,000 - ?3,000 per month

(based on your interview performance).
