This is an international, multi-brand group operating across:
SEO, digital marketing, PR and lead generation
Accounting and legal services
Hospitality and food service
Software and gaming
Education and training
Property, home services, and additional growing verticals
The team consists of more than 100 people across 30+ countries, operating in a remote-first model. The organisation is fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and constantly expanding into new ventures.
Design plays a central role in branding, marketing, sales, and product development across more than 15 active brands.
What You Will Work On
You will collaborate with the creative, branding, and marketing teams to produce assets used in live campaigns, client-facing materials, and internal brand development. Your work will be seen and used by customers, clients, and internal teams.
Examples of project areas include:
Branding and Visual Identity
Logo refinement, typography systems, colour palettes
Brand guidelines and visual identity mockups
Creative concepts for new product and company launches
Digital Marketing Assets
Social media graphics for multiple platforms
YouTube thumbnails, Instagram carousels, web visuals
Ad creatives and campaign graphics
Sales and Business Materials
Pitch decks used to close deals ranging from mid-ticket to high-ticket
Case studies, one-pagers, and proposal templates
Internal marketing and training designs
Web and UX Support
Hero graphics, landing page visuals, layout concepts
Light UI/UX on prototypes and internal digital tools
Creative Research and Development
Concept visuals for new gaming products
Design support for experimental brand launches
Rapid creative prototyping for new ideas and ventures
Your work will be used immediately and will contribute directly to active projects.

Skills and Qualifications Required
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools
A portfolio of any kind (student work and passion projects accepted)
Understanding of layout, design principles, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong willingness to learn and develop quickly
Preferred (Not Required)
Video editing or motion graphics skills
Illustration or digital drawing
UI/UX familiarity
Experience designing for social platforms
Understanding of branding or marketing concepts
