Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop visual concepts and innovative design solutions.
• Assist in creating and designing graphics for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and email newsletters.
• Support the production process by preparing files for print and digital distribution.
• Conduct research to gather relevant information and inspiration for design projects.
• Maintain and organize design files, including proper file naming and archiving.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates.
• Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts.
• Attend design meetings and provide input on project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with photo editing and retouching as needed.
• Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines and manage workload effectively.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design software.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Creativity and a passion for design with a portfolio showcasing previous design work (if available).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present ideas.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with web design is a plus.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus, but not required.
