About the Role:

We are seeking creative and passionate

Graphic Designer Interns

who are eager to enhance their design skills and build a strong foundation in visual communication. Selected candidates will undergo a

2-month structured training program (non-paid)

focusing on real-world design projects, brand identity creation, and digital graphics.

After successful completion of the training, interns will receive a

stipend of ?3,000 - ?6,000 per month

during the internship phase, with the potential for a

full-time salaried position

based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing engaging creatives for social media, marketing materials, and web content. Create visual assets such as posters, banners, thumbnails, and digital ads. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and brand guidelines. Support in preparing design drafts, mockups, and presentation materials. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for creative campaigns. Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintain design consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

. Familiarity with

AI-based image generation/editing tools

(e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) is an added advantage. Good understanding of

typography, color theory, and layout composition

. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to feedback constructively.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

Basic knowledge of

video editing or motion graphics

. Awareness of

current design trends

and social media aesthetics.
