Role and responsibilities:-

Design engaging and brand-aligned creatives for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Develop admission campaign creatives, student achievement posts and event announcements. Create variations for A/B testing when required. Design layouts and artwork for the annual/ monthly school magazine. Prepare flyers, banners, standees and other print materials. Ensure all print files follow correct specifications, settings and printing standards. Create visuals for school events, celebrations and academic functions. Design stage backdrops, certificates, signage, name tags and display boards. Work efficiently on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and CorelDRAW. Maintain consistency in theme, colors and branding for every event. Learn and apply new design trends, styles and techniques to improve the school's visual identity. Experiment with fresh layouts, typography and color palettes suitable for education marketing. Suggest modern design ideas for campaigns, digital ads and school publications. Prepare files correctly for digital use (web resolution, optimized formats). Ensure all creatives follow correct dimensions for social media, website, print and outdoor branding. Coordinate with printers and vendors when required. Understand print color modes (CMYK), paper types, export settings and proofing. Work closely with the marketing team to understand project briefs. Deliver creatives within deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. Adapt designs based on feedback while keeping the brand look consistent.
