who has a strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite and a flair for visual storytelling. In this role, you will assist in conceptualizing and producing design assets that exceed client expectations. You'll learn how to translate client requirements into compelling visual outputs, and gain hands-on experience across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior designers / the creative team to brainstorm and develop design concepts
Translate client briefs and requirements into visual executions (flyers, social media graphics, banners, posters, brochures, etc.)
Understand and apply color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Iterate designs based on feedback and present polished drafts
Prepare and deliver final artwork in required formats (print, web, digital)
Assist with resizing, retouching, converting, and optimizing graphics for different platforms
Occasionally support with design research or creative brainstorming
Maintain versioning, file organization, and proper naming conventions
Qualifications & Skills
Must?have:
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; other tools like XD, After Effects a plus)
A creative mindset with a good sense of visual aesthetics
A strong understanding of
color palettes, typography, composition
, and design principles
Ability to interpret client requirements, ask clarifying questions, and translate them into visuals
Attention to detail, ability to deliver high quality work under deadlines
Good communication skills and openness to feedback
Portfolio or samples of design work (academic, personal, freelance)
