Dock Production is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on brand identity and UI/UX to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visual concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance user experience across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity Design:

Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity through the design of logos, color schemes, typography, and visual assets. Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.

UI/UX Design:

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications. Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.

Visual Communication:

Produce visually compelling graphics for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging visuals that support campaigns and promotions.

Prototyping and Wireframing:

Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows. Utilize design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma for prototyping.

Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for projects.

Feedback and Iteration:

Gather feedback from team members and users to iterate on designs and enhance usability. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
Requirements:

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and UI/UX projects.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
