What Will You Be Doing?

As a graphic design intern working in the employee engagement team at Ditto, here's what your day might look like:

Craft killer designs to contribute towards brand marketing initiatives Bring employee engagement and experience ideas to life with your creativity Collaborate with various teams for in-house design projects Turn important work updates and communications into easy-to-understand and eye-catching creatives Use your storytelling skills to draft content and resources that get employees talking Work closely with senior leadership to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas

What We're Looking For

1+ years of experience in graphic design or an impressive body of work Proficiency in design tools like

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

A keen eye for detail and originality Quick turnaround time and the ability to collaborate with teams
