Skills Required

Strong proficiency in graphic design with creative thinking. Hands-on experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools. Ability to create social media posts, banners, blog images, website graphics, and email templates. Understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design. Familiarity with web and app design workflows in Figma and design system basics. Awareness of latest design trends and curiosity to explore AI-based design tools. Strong visual communication skills with good sense of typography, color, and layout. Ability to balance creative graphic work with UI/UX tasks. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow under mentorship. Good communication and collaboration skills.
