About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. The role involves high-quality image editing, retouching, color correction, and preparing production-ready visuals.

Key Responsibilities

? Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop.

? Perform color correction, enhancement, and batch processing in Lightroom.

? Create clean, high-quality visuals as per creative briefs.

? Maintain consistent color, tone, and style across all edited images.

?Work closely with the production and metadata teams for daily deliverables.

? Organize, rename, and manage edited files and folders systematically.

? Create simple graphic layouts when required (text layouts, thumbnails).

? Ensure all edits meet quality standards.

Required Skills

? Strong command of Photoshop (cutouts, masking, cleanups, retouching).

? Good knowledge of Lightroom (batch edits, presets, color grading).

? Understanding of composition, color theory, and visual aesthetics.

? Fast editing ability with strong attention to detail.

? Basic understanding of RAW processing and file formats.

? Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility

? 0-2 years of experience in editing or design roles.

? Freshers with solid Photoshop/Lightroom skills can also apply.

? Portfolio or sample work is mandatory.

? Must be available full-time.
