About the Role:

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for designing high-impact visuals for digital platforms, including social media, internal communications, and branding campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who are highly creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about building a career in design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually engaging content for

Instagram, LinkedIn

, and other social media platforms Create

carousels, posters, banners, reel covers, brochures

, and marketing materials Support the

content, marketing, and HR/recruitment

teams with design needs Maintain brand consistency across all designs and templates Work on

internal branding

and recruitment campaign graphics Edit and enhance visuals using

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Manage and organize all design assets and project files Stay up to date with design trends and suggest creative improvements

Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva

is a must Basic to intermediate skills in

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Good understanding of

layout, color theory, typography

, and visual hierarchy Ability to work with

brand guidelines

while adding creative input Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics Ability to handle feedback and revise designs quickly Portfolio or sample work is preferred
