What you will do

• Designing graphics and layouts for a variety of print and digital materials, such as flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop creative concepts and ideas for projects.
• Ensuring all graphics and designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and messaging.
• Support the management of the social media pages of the company.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas to improve the final product.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand, plan, and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on design trends and integrate fresh ideas into social media visuals.
• Apply digital marketing knowledge to optimise graphics for user engagement.
• Preparing and finalizing files for printing and digital distribution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in any design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
