Job Overview
Elite Manpower & Training Academy is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a full-time position located in Indore. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience and possess a strong capability in branding, layout design, and Canva. The role involves producing visually compelling designs tailored to our clients in the BFSI sector.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in branding, layout design, and Canva (Mandatory skill), essential for producing cohesive and attractive marketing materials.
• A solid understanding of color theory to create visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines.
• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in designing social media graphics to help elevate our online presence and engagement with the target audience.
• Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and adhering to client specifications.
• Attention to detail and creativity in graphic design to differentiate our services in a competitive market.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and conveying design concepts clearly.

Roles and Responsibilities
