As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling designs for digital and print media while collaborating with content, marketing, and creative teams. You will be responsible for producing graphics for blogs, social media, websites, emails, and video content, ensuring consistency with brand identity. The role requires a mix of creativity, technical proficiency, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and optimize engagement. You will also contribute to marketing strategies by providing innovative visual solutions, assisting in campaign execution, and maintaining quality across all deliverables. This is a remote role that offers exposure to a fast-paced, creative, and supportive work environment.
Accountabilities:

• Design visual content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Create illustrations and collaborate with content writers for cohesive storytelling.
• Manage content publishing schedules and coordinate design execution.
• Test and proof graphics across multiple media formats, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Develop video and motion graphics aligned with brand identity.
• Support marketing campaigns with creative strategies and execution.
• Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc design assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, print, and web design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, or similar design software.
• Ability to produce a compelling portfolio of digital and print projects.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work US shift hours (night shift) and independently in a remote setup.
• Technical setup including a USB headset with noise cancellation, webcam, and reliable internet.
