We are in search of a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional visual experiences. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating diverse design solutions that enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms and print media.
The ideal candidate should possess a hybrid skill set in both graphic design and digital marketing to ensure a cohesive brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to execute projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also effective in engaging our target audience.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print, including but not limited to social media graphics, promotional materials, website visuals, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visually engaging content that aligns with branding and campaign objectives.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders while ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Stay abreast of current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Develop and maintain design templates and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Conduct regular assessments of design work to ensure effectiveness and compliance with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools (Figma, Canva).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
