• Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve design processes continually and outputs.

• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating creative rationale effectively.

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• Proven experience (X years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.

• Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

• Experience in leading a team of designers, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
