We\'re seeking a Graphic Designer with upto one year of professional design experience , adept at creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media. This role involves exploring unconventional design approaches and infusing inventive ideas into our brand\'s visual identity and marketing materials. Responsibilities: Creative Design Development : Generate imaginative and visually striking designs for various platforms, adhering to brand guidelines while exploring unconventional concepts. Collaborative Creativity : Work closely with teams to interpret briefs, contributing original design solutions to meet project objectives. Adaptation and Experimentation : Embrace an experimental mindset, exploring new tools and trends to push the creative boundaries of design work. Quality and Brand Enhancement : Uphold high design standards and contribute to evolving the brand\'s visual identity through innovative design. Qualifications: Education : A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields. Experience : Upto one year of professional design experience with a portfolio showcasing innovative design work. Design Software Proficiency : Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premier Pro) and an inclination towards exploring new tools. Creativity and Vision : A passion for creative exploration and the ability to think beyond conventional design norms. Adaptability : Willingness to adopt new technologies, trends, and design techniques. Communication Skills : Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and ideas. *Salary : 2.4 to 2.8 lakh per annum
