Qualification : Any graduate/ Any Postgraduate/ B.A in Communication/ Architect Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience. Work type : Work from office Roles and Responsibilities: Proven graphic designing experience. Proficiency in 3d Rendering. Ability to resolve complex design. Produces 3D renderings Assists in the development in all phases of design Resolves minor design issues Regularly submits progress 3D modelling for checking Create 3D models of architectural and interior based on 2D drawings and sketches Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Work collaboratively with our interior designers and architects to understand project concepts and design goals. Create visually striking graphics that illustrate architectural plans, interior layouts, and design concepts for presentations and client communication. Design engaging marketing materials that communicate our firm\'s expertise. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Desired candidate: Proficient in 3D Modeling and Rendering Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Architect or related field (or equivalent experience). Rendering, 3Dsmax, Luminous, Photoshop, Sketch Up, V ray. Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and practice Conceptual Thinking Creative Thinking skills Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with exposure to architecture or interior design graphics. A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including examples of architectural visualization or interior design graphics. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and decisions. Detail-oriented mind-set and commitment to delivering high-quality visuals that align with design intent. Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into clear and visually appealing graphics. A strong portfolio of illustrations Familiarity with design software and technologies. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills to manage projects efficiently.
