We are Hiring- Position- Graphic Designer Responsibilities -Ideate, conceptualise, and execute internal and external visual communication, campaigns, and branding requirements for online and offline channels, from designing to artwork to final execution. -Conceptualise new concepts and guidelines based on directives and self-driven research. -Understand and develop as per campaign briefs and target audiences. -Design layouts, including selection of colours, images, and typefaces -Capture and edit visual content for use on multiple platforms. -Manage multiple deliverables while effectively managing timelines and without compromising on quality. -Collaborate with team members to produce content and support them on visual requirements as needed. -Ensure all output has been reviewed for errors before publishing it or sending it to print. -Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video. -Responsible for other work as assigned by the reporting manager. Requirements 1.Degree in graphic design or related field. 2.At least 1\xe2\x80\x933 years of experience. 3.Proficient in Telugu and English. 4.Telugu typing experience. 5.Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop and Illustrator. 6.Video-making and editing experience are a plus. 7.Non-profit experience is preferred. 8.Ability to set priorities, multi-task, pay attention to detail and typography, and meet deadlines. 9.Must be able to work independently and within a team. 10.Ability to take feedback and work on required changes. 11.Working knowledge of print and digital production requirements, experience in photo editing, and photography principles and formats.
