We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong visual point of view and a deep understanding of brand language. You should be able to translate ideas into thoughtful, well-crafted designs that balance creativity, clarity, and usability. This role spans branding, digital, and marketing work, with the opportunity to shape how brands look and feel across platforms.
What You'll Do
Design visual assets across branding, social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
Translate concepts, briefs, and business goals into clear, engaging design solutions
Develop and maintain consistent visual language across all touchpoints
Explore creative directions while respecting brand guidelines
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to deliver cohesive outcomes
Iterate on designs based on feedback, maintaining high visual and conceptual standards
Prepare production-ready files for digital and brand use
What We're Looking For
Strong foundation in typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma (or equivalent)
Ability to balance creative expression with usability and clarity
High attention to detail and strong visual judgment
A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and execution--not just aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines
Bonus Points
Experience with UI/UX design, motion graphics, or interaction design
Familiarity with design systems, brand guidelines, or scalable visual frameworks
Strategic thinking--understanding why a design works, not just how it looks
Experience working with cross-functional teams or in fast-paced environments
