Job Description

Travel & Events Focused Visuals: Design creative assets for weddings, corporate events, and travel projects--ranging from event branding, itineraries, invitations, menus, and on-ground collaterals to digital campaigns.

Social Media Design: Create engaging and brand-consistent content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms--including posts, carousels, reels covers, stories, and highlight icons.

Digital Storytelling: Develop creatives for email campaigns, website visuals, and digital ads that showcase destinations, experiences, and events.

Print Collateral: Design elegant, production-ready materials such as brochures, proposals, banners, standees, and travel booklets.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve a visual identity that reflects CEED Ventures' positioning as a premium events & travel company.

Client Presentations: Design compelling pitch decks, mood boards, and proposal templates tailored for high-end clients.

Production Readiness: Prepare final files for print vendors and ensure flawless execution of physical collaterals for events.

Creative Exploration: Stay updated on design trends in events, luxury, lifestyle, and travel to inject fresh energy into our visual communication.

Asset Management: Maintain an organized design archive for easy retrieval and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design (events, travel, or hospitality industry experience preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and social media design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if familiar with Figma, Canva, or video editing tools.

Understanding of luxury design aesthetics--typography, layouts, and color palettes suitable for weddings, events, and high-end travel.

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with an eye for detail.
