We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer who actively uses
AI tools to create, enhance, and optimize visual content
for B2C marketing. The role supports eCommerce growth through high-quality, conversion-focused creatives across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Create digital creatives using
AI-assisted design tools
for faster ideation and production
Design website banners, landing page visuals, social media posts, ads, emailers, and marketplace creatives
Use AI tools for image generation, background replacement, mockups, retouching, and design variations
Develop offline creatives such as brochures, catalogues, packaging, and POS materials
Collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, and content teams to align creatives with campaign goals
Ensure brand consistency across all assets
Optimize creatives based on campaign performance insights
Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and automation in creative workflows
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a B2C or eCommerce environment
Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation
(mandatory)
Examples: Midjourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, or similar tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in textile, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Knowledge of motion graphics or AI-based video tools
Experience creating creatives for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
