We're looking for a sharp, new-age junior designer who loves experimenting, learns fast, and can use AI tools to speed up creative output. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to work across branding, social content, presentations, ads, and quick-turn creative tasks.
What You'll Do
Create basic design assets: social posts, presentations, mood boards, banners, layouts
Use AI tools (Canva AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.) to generate concepts and variations
Support senior team with formatting, resizing, adaptations and quick design clean-ups
Maintain brand consistency and follow simple brand guidelines
Help with basic video edits, reels, and motion (optional, not mandatory)
Manage asset libraries and track file versions
What We're Looking For
0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
Strong eye for design, color, and typography
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite preferred)
Curiosity and comfort with AI-based design workflows
Fast turnaround attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Good to Have
Experience in motion graphics or short-form video edits
Exposure to branding and content creation
Education
No specific degree required -- portfolio matters more. Even a small portfolio, Behance link, or sample work is fine.
