About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized

Community Coordinator

to support our Indian Ocean initiative. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing communication across our community network, and assisting with events and outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between internal teams and community partners in the Indian Ocean region. Support planning and execution of marketing and awareness campaigns. Maintain community records, track progress reports, and manage communication updates. Assist in organizing local events, workshops, and digital outreach initiatives. Engage with partners, NGOs, and local communities to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare weekly reports and present key updates to the senior team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Interest in sustainability, marine projects, or social impact work is a plus.
