About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and dedicated

Graphic Designer

to join our printing press unit in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing for print media and the ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and design layouts for various print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, banners, and other marketing collateral.

-Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with the printing team to ensure accurate color, layout, and quality standards.

-Understand client requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.

-Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

-Collaborate marketing teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.

-Handle revisions and edits efficiently as per client or team feedback.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of experience

as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a printing press or print production environment.

-Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign.

-Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, and file formatting.

-Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.

-Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual sense.

-Must be based in Gurgaon and willing to work on-site (in-office).
