Summary :

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand image and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives. Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and advertisements. Create visually engaging and compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and mediums. Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials. Work closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas for upcoming campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the timely production and delivery of high-quality printed materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency. Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design). Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
