Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Sector 50, Gurugram

Experience: 2-3 Years (Agency experience is a plus)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all major graphic design tools and have a proven track record of creating high-quality visual content. Agency experience will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage visual designs for logos, brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and website banners.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that enhance brand identity and project appeal.

- Lead the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and meet quality standards.

- Stay updated on design trends and integrate innovative ideas into projects.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Premier Pro), CorelDRAW and other industry-standard graphic design tools.

- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design principles.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

- Proven capability to lead design projects independently and mentor junior designers when needed.

- Previous agency experience is a plus.

Schedule:

- 5.5-day working week (Monday to Saturday)

- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

- Every Sunday fixed weekly off
