We're seeking a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our small, dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and producing compelling designs for our full range of products. You'll collaborate closely with production and printing specialists, and have the exciting opportunity to experiment directly with cutting-edge printing equipment and technology in our factory setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop original artwork and design concepts for helmet decals and vinyl stickers used on sports gear. Work closely with the team to brainstorm new ideas and creative executions on a frequent basis. Prepare print-ready files and ensure proper setup for various printing machines. Oversee the complete design-to-production process, including prototyping and testing designs on actual equipment. Suggest innovations and improvements in design workflows, material choices, and printing effects.
