We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, emailers, and advertisements.
Design collaterals such as brochures, presentations, infographics, and branding material.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive and effective creative solutions.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding principles.
Knowledge of UI/UX design basics will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication and time-management skills
