We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and branding team. If you have a passion for beauty, design, and storytelling through visuals -- this role is for you. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating brand strategy into visually stunning and impactful creatives. You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and social media teams to design packaging, campaigns, and digital content that connect with our audience and elevate the brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality visual assets for packaging, product labels, brochures, and in-store displays Develop digital content including social media creatives, emailers, banner ads, and landing pages Ensure consistency in visual language across all brand touchpoints Collaborate with product development and marketing teams on new launches and campaigns Create and edit product renders and lifestyle mock-ups Maintain design templates and brand guidelines Stay updated with design trends in the beauty and personal care industry

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field Minimum 2 years of design experience (preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry) 1- 2 years of creation experience (Video Editing and Motion Graphic) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus) Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of packaging, digital, and branding work Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Understanding of printing processes, packaging materials, and formats is a plus Familiarity with content requirements for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Pay: ₹11,133.10 - ₹56,689.44 per month
