Job Description

Packaging Design:

Develop creative and innovative packaging designs that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and industry standards.

Label and Layout Design:

Create visually appealing labels, product packaging, and box designs that enhance product visibility and appeal on shelves.

Material and Printing Knowledge:

Understand different packaging materials, printing techniques, and finishes to optimize design for production feasibility.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure packaging designs maintain consistency with brand identity across different product lines and packaging types.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to understand project requirements and objectives.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure packaging designs comply with industry regulations, including labeling requirements and product information standards.

Project Management:

Manage multiple packaging design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Portfolio showcasing packaging design projects and proficiency in relevant design software. Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and industry trends. Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
