Create posts, manage designs and content, etc
Study design briefs and determine designing collaterals in accordance with brand guidelines.

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, and also amend the designs as required after feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Have the capability to complete their work within the given deadline.
Ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Should have an eye for detail in aesthetic design & layout and a good sense of colors.
Work with copywriters and Senior Designers to produce the final design.
Ability to visualize, communicate and execute the concept.
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
