Job descriptionWe are looking for a Graphic Designer design to join the GROWTH GUIDE Team, the candidate will primarily work on designing graphics under the creative designer for the products. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of education. It is ideal for an ambitious and organized individual with experience in graphic designing. Responsible for creating educational books. Creative thinking and flawless high-quality designs are a must. Should be able to create a well-thought-balanced layout. Good Communication-content skills and the ability to illustrate.Responsibilities:

• Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas along with the creative head.
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• As a graphic designer, you are required to make high-quality learning graphic content.

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• You will be responsible for creating and designing top-notch deliverables, which in turn will be used by the students to aid and enhance their conceptual understanding learning concepts and ideas.

• You will be part of a small, intensely collaborative curriculum and content team.

• You will be responsible for identifying the most visual and engaging ways to communicate

• You will need to focus on making creative books with unique ideas.

• Must be self-motivated, open mind, team-oriented, have a collaborative approach to creative development, and possess a positive attitude

Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidates from relevant educational backgrounds, with bachelor's degrees.
• Prior experience in digital communication at creative agencies, the e-commerce industry.
• Well-versed in basic graphic design software - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
