You have more than 3+ years of experience working in a well-recognized branding studio. You\'re creative, strategic, and passionate about what you do - the typeface matters and so does the pixel size. You would be responsible for creating designs that are visually appealing & effective based on the unique requirements of the customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, as well as the ability to work within tight deadlines. (design concepts and ideas) Help define the basic elements of the design (eg: brand identity, colour, typography, imagery) Design for multiple simultaneous sub-projects (creative, quality control, timely delivery) Prepare a visual analysis of the client and his competitors Work closely with customer to understand their needs and translate those needs into visually appealing and effective designs. Create consistent designs that are in accordance with the brand guidelines. Stay up-to date with industry trends to ensure designs are current & innovative. Work & manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines & delivering high-quality work Continuously strive to improve design skills and knowledge Requirements: Possess a degree in Visual Communications or a related field Passionate about design and keen sense of visual design trends Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills Have good priority management skills Excellent communication skills 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop & Illustrator Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work in a fast-paced environment & meet tight deadlines
