Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

to join our college's in-house design team. The role involves creating engaging designs for print, digital, social media, website, and event-related needs, ensuring consistency with the institution's identity and communication goals. The designer will be part of a collaborative team environment and contribute to impactful visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop

creative visual ideas

that align with the college's brand and objectives. Design a wide range of materials, including

brochures, posters, social media creatives, event collaterals, and website elements

. Ensure all designs maintain

clarity, creativity, and brand consistency

across platforms. Collaborate effectively with team members, understanding requirements and transforming them into compelling designs. Stay updated on

current design trends

and integrate them into relevant projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum

6 months of professional experience

in graphic design. (Internships alone are not sufficient, but junior designers with proven skills are welcome.)

Portfolio

: Applicants must share

previous work samples/portfolio

while applying.

Technical Skills

(must-have):

Canva

- Strong command for quick and impactful design creation.

Adobe Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Working knowledge, especially for more advanced projects.

CorelDRAW

- Basic working knowledge.

Creative & Communication Skills

: Strong in

concept development

and ability to visualize ideas effectively. Clear communication in

English, Hindi, or both

to understand and execute content.

Soft Skills

: Attention to detail, adaptability, creativity, openness to feedback, and awareness of design trends.

Preferred Add-on

: Basic

video editing

skills (advantage, not mandatory).

Education

: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
