Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across various media and a passion for creating visually appealing content that meets the needs of our clients and aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and branding materials.

Concept Development: Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and develop design concepts that align with their vision.

Branding: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all design projects. Ensure consistency in style, colour, and tone.

Feedback Incorporation: Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members to achieve the desired results.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Trends and Tools: Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance skills and incorporate new techniques into designs.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are accurate and meet the technical requirements for production and publication.

Experience: 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw) and other design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Portfolio: A portfolio of recent work demonstrating a range of design skills and styles is required.

Working Conditions

Office Environment: This position is based in an office environment with regular working hours. Remote work may be considered depending on company policy.

Equipment: Access to necessary design tools and software will be provided.
