Key Responsibilities
Design
marketing collateral
such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and product guides
Create
digital assets
including social media creatives, website graphics, email banners, display ads, and campaign visuals
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms (web, mobile, print)
Prepare final designs for print and digital release
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of experience
as a Graphic Designer
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in creating digital marketing assets
Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and color theory
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of
Figma or Canva
(preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in motion graphics / basic animations (added advantage)
Familiarity with branding guidelines and campaign design
Knowledge of UI basics for web/social layouts
