We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer (Fresher)

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, strong creativity, and the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities

Create and design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations. Assist in developing brand identities, layouts, and visual content. Support senior designers with daily tasks and ongoing projects. Edit and retouch images when necessary. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and quality standards. Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and promotional activities. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc. Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy. Creativity with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Good communication and time-management skills. Ability to take feedback positively and work in a fast-paced environment.
