About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join Uminber Designs.
You'll work on branding, social media creatives, ads, packaging, UI elements, and client-specific design projects.
Your role includes turning ideas into polished visuals that match brand guidelines and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality social media creatives, ads, posters, reels/thumb designs Develop branding materials -- logos, guidelines, colour palettes, iconography Design marketing collateral: brochures, business cards, product labels, packaging Work on UI elements, wireframes, and design components when required Understand client briefs and convert them into clean, modern visual output Collaborate with the Founder and internal teams to ensure consistent brand direction Manage multiple projects with strong time management and version control Prepare print-ready files, exports, and design assets in required formats Do market/design research to produce trend-aligned concepts Maintain organised folders, assets, and working files

Required Skills

Strong command over software:

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,

and

Figma

Creative thinking and strong sense of layout, typography & colour theory Ability to design clean, modern, brand-aligned graphics Basic motion graphics knowledge (Canva, After Effects bonus) Good communication and understanding of client requirements Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to meet deadlines Ability to adapt across different design styles (minimal, premium, bold, illustrative, vector, etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is mandatory Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Must have a portfolio demonstrating design capability
