About the Role

ISPL is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate

Graphic Designer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing social media creatives, short videos, brochures, and product catalogs. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is essential, along with an understanding of branding and modern design aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality social media creatives including posts, banners, stories, and ads. Create short promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics. Develop visually appealing catalogs, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials. Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to turn ideas into impactful visuals. Edit and retouch product images for digital and print usage. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools. Minimum

1 year

of proven experience as a Graphic Designer. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and

Canva

. Strong ability to convert ideas into visually compelling designs. Good understanding of

layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles

. Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual sense. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in

video editing and motion graphics

. Knowledge of

social media marketing trends
