Core duties

Design and conceptualize:

Create visual concepts for logos, advertisements, websites, social media graphics, and other materials.

Collaborate with teams:

Work with clients, marketers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to understand project needs and align designs with brand guidelines.

Develop layouts:

Determine the overall layout and production design for various applications, incorporating elements like typography, images, and color.

Prepare files:

Prepare final artwork for print or digital use, and liaise with suppliers if necessary.

Manage projects:

Juggle multiple design projects, manage their own time, and meet tight deadlines.

Research and stay current:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software.
Key skills and tools

Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate ideas into visual executions.
