Job Summary:

We are looking for a

creative and skilled Graphic Designer

to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing

professional brochures, flyers, and visual marketing materials

tailored for the real estate sector. You will play a key role in shaping how our projects are visually presented to potential buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality, print-ready

brochures, flyers, project catalogs, and presentations

for residential and commercial real estate projects. Develop visual content for digital marketing (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize campaign creatives. Make revisions based on feedback promptly and professionally. Stay updated with design trends, especially in the

real estate and luxury space

Requirements:

Proven experience in brochure and flyer design (Real estate experience preferred). Proficient in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva

. Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills. Ability to handle multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of printing processes and file formats.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
