Job Description

Conceptualisation and Planning:

Brainstorming ideas, sketching rough layouts, and developing design concepts that align with project objectives and client requirements.

Design Execution:

Using design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and refine visual designs.

Layout and Composition:

Arranging text, images, and other design elements to create visually appealing and effective layouts for various mediums.

Collaboration and Communication:

Working with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback.

Technical Proficiency:

Staying up-to-date with the latest design software, trends, and technologies.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that final designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project objectives.

Version Control:

Managing different versions of designs as they progress through various stages of development.

Client Presentation:

Presenting design ideas and receiving feedback from clients and stakeholders.

Finalization and Delivery:

Preparing final files for printing, web publishing, or other delivery methods.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Design Skills:

Proficiency in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Software Proficiency:

Expertise in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Ability to generate fresh ideas and develop unique design solutions.
