Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality visuals for brochures, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.

Create, update, and maintain brand style guides and visual standards.

Prepare artwork and production-ready files for both print and digital media.

Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry. (This is a key factor.)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

5-10 years of proven experience in professional graphic design.

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong design portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.

Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.

Knowledge of print production processes and fundamentals of web design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Familiarity with packaging design and large-format printing.
