Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and versatile

Graphic Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that align with our brand's identity and communication goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a good sense of aesthetics, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching graphics, banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines. Edit and produce video content such as product explainers, promotional videos, and social media reels. Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to conceptualize campaigns and design content that supports hiring, branding, and product initiatives. Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all platforms. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques. Handle multiple design projects with attention to detail and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1+ years of experience in graphic and/or video design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout. Experience in creating videos, reels, and basic animations. Good communication skills and a team-player attitude. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Good to Have:

Experience with tools like Canva or Figma. Basic knowledge of photography/videography or interest in content production. Exposure to working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
