Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in designing engaging visuals for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand identity, marketing goals, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design digital creatives including social media posts, banners, emailers, presentations, and ad creatives. Collaborate with marketing, social media, product, and web teams to understand design requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions. Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other offline marketing collaterals. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects. Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion. Create and optimize assets for websites, apps, and social platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus. Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and branding. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail with a creative problem-solving mindset.
