Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the fashion or garment industry, specifically T-shirt design. The candidate will be responsible for creating print-ready graphics, artworks, and design concepts aligned with market trends and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Create T-shirt graphics, prints, logos, typography, and artworks Develop designs based on buyer briefs, themes, and market trends Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, DTG, sublimation, or embroidery Coordinate with production and sampling teams to ensure design accuracy Modify and finalize designs as per feedback from clients or management Maintain artwork libraries and design documentation Ensure color accuracy and compatibility with fabric and printing processes Support marketing requirements such as catalogs, lookbooks, social media creatives, and packaging Follow production timelines to ensure on-time order execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in garment / fashion industry Strong knowledge of T-shirt print design and apparel graphics Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (mandatory) Understanding of fabrics, colors, and printing techniques Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple designs Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Experience

1-5+ years of experience in garment, textile, or fashion design

Freshers with strong portfolio in T-shirt or apparel design may also be considered

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
