Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality visual designs across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Create marketing assets such as banners, brochures, posters, social ads, pitch decks, and branding materials.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to conceptualize creative campaigns.
Transform rough ideas into polished visual concepts with strong storytelling.
Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all design touchpoints.
Produce motion graphics, animations, and short video edits (preferred but not required).
Design UI/UX elements for websites, landing pages, and mobile screens (bonus).
Ensure all visual content is optimised for various platforms (web, social, print).
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality.
Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and styles.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
2 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, branding, and digital design work.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
Experience with
Canva
, Figma, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Ability to transform ideas into thoughtful visual concepts quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
