Job Description

Key duties include creating visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print and digital media, while also working with design software and incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Creating social media graphics for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Designing website layouts and banners. Developing print materials such as brochures, posters, and flyers. Creating logos and branding elements. Designing email newsletters and other digital marketing materials.
Core Responsibilities:

Visual Design:

Creating visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various media, including websites, social media, print materials, and more.

Concept Development:

Brainstorming and developing creative ideas to meet project requirements and brand guidelines.

Design Software Proficiency:

Utilizing industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring designs to life.

Collaboration:

Working with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to understand design needs and incorporate feedback.

Brand Consistency:

Ensuring all designs align with established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Revision and Refinement:

Incorporating feedback and revisions into designs to ensure optimal results.

Learning and Growth:

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques to enhance their skills and knowledge.
